Earth+Feather features vibrant mixed media paintings and paper mache sculpture by Bend, Oregon artist, Shelli Walters. With an accent on birds, this new work emerges from Shelli's love for the Earth and wild creatures. "Spending time listening to my feet crunching along a dirt path and catching a glimpse of a bird or coyote are not only a joy but crucial to my well-being. Animals hold such wisdom and the landscape such mystery. I love expressing this connection in my art and sharing the sense of oneness and wonder I find in nature."
Visit Tumalo Art Company in Bend Oregon's Old Mill District to enjoy the show in-person during the month of May. Work will also be available online.
